Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jt88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

Your use of jt88 signifies your unconditional agreement to these Terms. If you are accessing jt88 on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that such person has also read and agreed to them in full.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active jt88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jt88 is an adult-only platform and strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are a resident of or located in Bangladesh and are accessing jt88 in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active jt88 account and have not previously been excluded or suspended from jt88 for a violation of these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

When registering your jt88 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. jt88 will never ask you to share your password with a representative. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify jt88 support immediately.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. jt88 may close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion and retain any balances held in those accounts pending investigation.
• You must link your account to a valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name. This number will serve as your primary account identifier and payment reference.
• jt88 may, at any time and without prior notice, request that you complete an identity or source-of-funds verification process (KYC). Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• jt88 accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administration fees, will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deductions being made.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jt88 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment partners including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You warrant that any funds deposited to your jt88 account are derived from a legitimate source, are not connected with any unlawful activity, and are owned entirely by you.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits credited to your jt88 account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the incoming payment.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible.
• jt88 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, or an active responsible gaming restriction on the account.
• Chargeback requests and disputed transactions initiated through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. jt88 will recover any disputed amounts from the player's account balance or future deposits.

jt88 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their standard transaction fees as per their own terms of service. jt88 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, jt88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all jt88 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as a no-wagering promotion. The applicable rollover multiplier will be displayed in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• jt88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a player has already claimed a bonus, the terms at the time of claiming remain applicable.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play to exploit promotions, or any form of arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jt88 platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to interact with jt88 games, markets, or account systems in a manner not intended for human interaction.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or proceeds of theft.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or operating an account on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from jt88.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software glitch, or miscalculation in jt88's favour. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering or using a jt88 account if you are an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of jt88 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.

Responsible Gaming

jt88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risks of gambling-related harm. In accordance with this commitment, jt88 provides the following tools to all registered players, available at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration. This tool is designed to support healthy play habits and is available to all players regardless of account status.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. jt88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond jt88's reasonable control (including network outages, force majeure events, or regulatory action) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. jt88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jt88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of jt88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jt88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jt88 platform without the express prior written consent of jt88.

Amendments and Governing Law

jt88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jt88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent notification on the platform. Your continued use of jt88 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the platform before the effective date.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jt88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. jt88 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and efficiently.
